    BUST or CHEST - Circumference measurement, taken across chest, seam-to-seam, just below armpits. Add approx. 2" of allowance provided by the ruched (gathered) bust line if needed

    Empire Waist - (Rib Cage) Smallest circumference measurement taken approx. 4 1/2" below empire bust seam.

    HIP - Widest circumference measurement between Torso (Rib Cage) and hem. Approx. 9 - 10" above bottom of dress.

    LENGTH - Measured from the top of the shoulder starp to the bottom of the dress.
