We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. We realize that the merchandise you receive may not always be what you expected. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund or for an exchange. Our merchandise is available throughout the internet, including: Amazon.com and Ebay.com



All returns must be authorized in advance via email.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please begin by sending an email with your request to: Mauiman@MauiShirts.com


  • You will receive a detailed reply on how to ship returns along with how to process exchange orders within 1 - 2 business day.

  • Unauthorized merchandise returns may delay your refund.


  • We do not supply return mailing labels; you do not need a return mailing label from us to ship your return.

Our items are available throughout the internet, including; Amazon, Yahoo and Ebay. Unfortunately due to policies not in our control, we must charge a 15% restocking and handling fee for returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY - NO FEES You have up to 30 days after your purchase to exchange it for any alternate item of equal or greater value, and the 15% handling fee will be waived. Please note coupons and discount codes are not valid for exchanges.


  • If you'd like to make an exchange for an item purchased at Mauishirts.com, please begin by selecting an alternate from our website.


  • After you've chosen your alternate item, continue with your checkout process.


  • Using our Special Instructions Box, located below the area where you type your email address while checking out, enter your original item order number. Feel free to enter any additional information you'd like to include such as, alternate print names or colors.
    Upon returning your item, be sure to button and fold clothing as flat as possible, the best you can when packing it for an exchange. Please note: Coupons and discount codes are not valid for exchanges.





HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN

  • You may choose any shipping carrier to send your returns. We are not responsible for lost packages containing your returns. (Optional) A Delivery Confirmation Number provides the date, zip code, and time your return was delivered to us. (Optional) Insurance provides indemnity coverage for lost or damaged packages.


  • The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) offers free boxes and envelops. The least expensive and quickest method is to ship via USPS Priority Mail; 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return. USPS First Class Mail may require up to two weeks to reach Maui. USPS Parcel Post could take up to 30 days or longer to reach Maui.


  • Our items are available throughout the internet, including; Amazon, Yahoo and Ebay. Unfortunately due to policies not in our control, we must charge a 15% restocking and handling fee for returns.

To speed up the time it takes to process your refund, please reference your Order Number in your box and/or on the outside of your box. Please include a copy of your packing slip if available.




  • We understand some wrinkles and creases are expected, and cannot be avoided. However, a $7.50 handling & steaming fee will be deducted from your refund if your return apparel is greatly wrinkled, unfolded, unbuttoned, or unzipped, and boxed or bagged without care into an inappropriate packaging.



  • Garments that have been worn or altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


  • Clothing that has been washed or damaged, including stains, odors or soiled in any way will also not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.



  • Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process your returns.  Refunds will be issued after we process your returns.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.


  • Any return received in the following conditions will be considered worn merchandise (no refund can be issued) and will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense: washed, with make-up stains, smelling of cologne, perfume, tobacco odor, covered with pet hairs, or soiled in anyway. 


  • No refund is offered if you receive our merchandise as a GIFT; only exchanges will be allowed.  A proof of purchase (5 digits MauiShirts.com order # or 17 digits Amazon.com Order ID Number) is needed to facilitate an exchange on MauiShirts.com.


  • No refund is offered for Special Order items.




Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Usually a refund will appear on your credit card statement within two to three business days after it has been processed. If your refund has not been recorded to your account within 15 working days, please call our toll free number 1-866-628-4626 to verify your refund. Please be sure to have your Order Number at hand.





FEES CAN BE REVERSED
  • You may reclaim processing, re-listing and handling  fees within 30 days after the date of your original order by mentioning your original order number in the "Special Instructions" box, as you check out with your shopping cart. All orders are stored by their order number. Deducted Fees cannot be used for shipping charges.


  • Merchandise Credits will expire 6 months after the date of your original purchase. Merchandise credits cannot be used for shipping charges. Please do not hesitate to call our toll free number if you have any questions.


  • Shipping charges are not negotiable and non-refundable.



  • If you received an item purchased at Mauishirts.com as a gift, you may exchange it for anything that is available on our website. An order number of the original purchase or email address from your gift-giver is needed to facilitate the exchange.


  • Use the "Special Instructions" box of your new order to tell us that you are returning a gift. The refund will be issued to the new order; (your credit card).


  • No refunds are offered for items received as gifts.



DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED
Every now and then the wrong item is packed and shipped; Also, It is rare, but sometimes a garment is shipped with a manufacturer's flaw; bad seam, loose button, unraveling thread, etc. MauiShirts.com will do its best to make it right without hesitation. Please send an email to: Mauiman@MauiShirts.com or call the toll free number for instructions on how to send your item back.

MauiShirts.com, Inc. will refund your shipping cost as long as you ship the wrong or damaged item back to Maui via U.S. Priority Mail or First Class Mail.

MauiShirts.com will NOT pay shipping charges on items returned via, UPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS

Obtain a Delivery Confirmation Number from the Post Office. Please email: Mauiman@MauiShirts.com the delivery confirmation number. The correct replacement or repaired item will then be sent to you at our expense.





eBay Items: eBay items can be exchanged for other eBay items or for merchandise on MauiShirts.com. There is a 15% handling, re-listing and re-stocking fee for all eBay items, eBay purchases and eBay auctions. No refunds are offered for eBay items.
