BUST: Circumference measurement is taken level with the breast darts approximately two (2) inches below the armpit hem.
WAIST: Circumference measurement is taken across the blouse between the 5th and 6th buttons, approximately 5 1/2 inches up from the bottom of the side hem.
LENGTH: Is a straight measurment taken from the back center of the collar o the bottom hem of the blouse.
