If no quantity is listed in the drop-down menu of "Available-Selections" of any size or color it simply means it is not hanging in our Maui Showroom. It will be coming in this morning or tomorrow for your fulfillment. Everything listed is in stock and available for purchase. Some sizes or colors hang in the Honolulu factories. All shirts and dresses that are marked "Temp.-out-of-Stock" will come back into stock. We receive replenishment of stock each morning five days a week. Line items are updated daily, 365 days a year. Every thing is subject to prior sale.

"Temporarily Out-of-Stock" means the fabric for the print remains available. The shirt or dress will be re-stocked, usually within a few days. Please do NOT place "Temporarily Out-of-Stock" items into your shopping cart. A second shipment would require additional shipping cost. We NEVER substitute colors or prints without your approval. We recommend that you select alternate choices to prevent delays, refunds and partial orders from shipping. A refund will be issued at the time of shipment if you do not select alternates. Use the "Special Instructions" box to offer us information. The "Special Instructions" box is below the area you enter your email address on your order form to select alternates.

SOLD OUT means all the fabric has been used. The color, size, style and/or print has been discontinued. There will be no more. It will not be replenished. It will not be made again.

All our Made in Hawaii clothing is made in very limited quantities in Honolulu. Made in Hawaii clothing sizes are different than department store made in China clothing.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to stock all prints, in all styles, in all colors, in all sizes ALL of the time, either in the Honolulu factory or in the Lahaina, Maui showroom. Please select alternate choices of color and/or print if you do not want a partial order to ship.

The MauiShirts.com web site is updated throughout the day, every day, to reflect sales, returns and exchanges. It can be impossible to update the sale of items immediately. It is not uncommon to have the same dress or shirt sell out overnight. Please select alternate colors or prints. . It is easy to do this. Use the "Special Instructions" box on your order form. The "Special Instructions" box is below the area where you enter your email address on your order form.

Special Orders: No custom tailoring is offered; only the sizes within the size charts are available. If fabric remains available the item can be made for you. There is no additional cost for this service. Estimated wait times can be 2 to 8 weeks depending on the style. Additional shipping charges would be required if a second shipment is necessary. Please CALL before you place "Special Order" items into your shopping cart. Special Orders cannot be sent back for refund or exchange.

Men's 5X and 6X shirts cannot be sent back for refund. You may excahnge 5X & 6X shirts for other shirts or use the credits for other items. Credits cannot be used for shipping charges..
