J. Clancey Draw String Halter Dresses, and have no relationship to any other dress maker, style or brand name.

BUST or CHEST measurement is the circumference measurement taken from below the armpits from seam to seam. The measurement is taken with the dress flat on a table.
WAIST is measured from the narrowest area between the bust and the hip; half way between armpit and top of the flare seam.
HIP measurement is the circumference taken from the top of the flare from seam to seam.
LENGTH measurement is taken from the back top drawstring to the bottom of the flare
